Oatmeal & Happy Holidays!

I’ve been experimenting with oatmeal lately and throwing in all sorts of different things!

The above oatmeal has:

  • Mixed Himalayan berries (goji, blackberries, blueberries, etc)
  • raw pumpkin seeds
  • honey
  • cinnamon
  • organic banana

It was very delicious!

Anyway, I hope you all have a wonderful holiday!

The oatmeal looks delicious. I have been trying to focus more on healthy and hearty breakfast lately. I used to skip it a lot because I wasn’t hungry in the morning but it sets me up to eat a lot later in the day.
With regards to your previous post around purification… sounds like an interesting program but seriously who has time to do all of that everyday? An hour long bath everyday, fire purification for at least an hour everyday, plus meditation, plus have time to make natural, healthy organic meals each day, plus exercise? Maybe I’m just projecting because my life has been really busy lately… but it seems like this program requires someone to have a lot of free time everyday. The average person most likely does not have this much free time everyday and probably works to do at least one of these things each day.

Hi Kerry, you are right, all that stuff definitely takes a bit of extra time! Although I find I get a lot of reading/studying and such done in front of the fire and in the bathtub. :-) I guess it’s a matter of setting priorities and time management. If someone really wanted to do the purifications wholeheartedly, they would somehow find time for them.
